Introduction

Welcome to ForgeQ! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services. By using ForgeQ, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the Application

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ForgeQ.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use ForgeQ for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• You agree not to interfere with the operation of the app or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Subscriptions and Payments

1. Subscription Plans

• ForgeQ offers premium subscription plans ("Pro Tier"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription model.
• Your account will be charged at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

2. Payments

• Payments for subscriptions are processed through third-party services like RevenueCat.
• By subscribing, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• All refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• ForgeQ cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed via mobile app stores.

4. AI-Generated Content and Content Uploads

• Accuracy of Outputs: ForgeQ uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating study materials (such as flashcards). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for cross-checking and verifying the factual correctness of study materials before relying on them for academic or professional purposes.
• Copyrighted Materials: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to upload any lectures, documents or textbook materials files to ForgeQ. You agree not to upload materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party (e.g., uploading a professor's copyrighted slides or copyrighted textbooks without permission).

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the app, including its design, features, and content, are owned by ForgeQ.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• ForgeQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, except as required by law.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the app and its services will be revoked.

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Menofia.
